perActum was established in 2004. The company is a member of British Expertise and is a member of a number of international trade associations. While perActum works for international and domestic clients and conducts domestic and international casework, it also spends time examining cross-border issues, especially where inconsistencies between jurisdictions create a breeding ground for opportunists, dishonesty, or a means to conceal material facts. Senior company staff are regularly invited to attend or speak at international forums, specialist seminars or industry events and have many times contributed to policy development forums of governments, or of organisations like WHO and WTO. The company’s Managing Director is a past speaker at the World Health Assembly. |
